A private channel is being advertised – why am I still hearing other conversations?
The private channel requires the simultaneous setting of both the main channel and the sub-channel. If only the main channel is set, other signals may be received. To activate the private channel, please see the steps in the 4th product image.
The walkie-talkies suddenly stop communicating with each other after a while – what should I do?
Please reset to factory settings first. If there is still no connection, buttons may have been pressed accidentally, causing the frequencies to differ. Recalibration is required. (Please contact the seller for the steps).
Why am I still hearing noises even though the walkie-talkie is switched off?
The device may not be completely switched off, but is in standby mode, in which noises can still be heard. To switch it off completely, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Why doesn’t the walkie-talkie reach the specified range?
The maximum range is up to 2 miles and can only be achieved in open, unobstructed terrain. In built-up areas or indoors, the range may be shorter.
